Refund before event date:
Requests for refunds must be submitted before the date mentioned on the event page for which the ticket was purchased.
Refunds
will only be processed if the request is received before this deadline.

Request Process:
Refund
requests must be made by direct contact with our customer service via email at event@fkcci.com. Please provide all relevant information, including your
order reference number, the name of the event, and any additional information
necessary to process your request.
Refund Conditions:
The
tickets must be in the possession of the buyer at the time of the refund
request. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the
purchase. Please note that bank processing times may apply for the receipt of
funds.
Exceptions:
No refunds will be granted after the specified deadline on the event page.
Refunds will not be processed for any ticket that has already been used or whose validity period has expired.
